The clinics that remain are further strained with patients traveling from out-of-state where abortion has been criminalized. That means that while care remains legal, it’s not practically accessible for thousands of Pennsylvanians. Not to mention the dozens of states where care is now illegal or legality remains in question, creates devastating consequences for patients and doctors alike. So, Amanda’s speaking out on why it’s so critical that we have federal policy in place to protect reproductive rights in the post-Dobbs landscape that has left those decisions to the states.
