Last year, Teen Vogue and Sister District launched the print series, Historic Firsts in Our State Houses — and on June 10, we’ll build on our work to tell the stories of historic trailblazers in our state houses by uplifting some of the LGBTQA+ state leaders we’ve featured in the past!
Together, we’ll discuss:
- The importance of states in the fight to protect and expand our rights.
- The current landscape of anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation advancing in our state legislatures.
- Why having more LGBTQIA+ representation in our state chambers results in policy outcomes that better reflect the experiences, interests, and priorities of the communities in our states.
Don’t miss out! RSVP to join us on June 10!
Thank you,
Gaby Goldstein
