Southwest District,

It is official! Teresa Davis, our new Southwest District admin, had her first day on Monday, May 6. She will be continuing her orientation and training with Conference staff and other district staff in the coming days and weeks. Give her grace and patience, along with a few prayers, please, as she learns the job! Up until Monday, May 20, you can still reach out to Christa Edwards for assistance with district questions, and Jenny Gragg with dCOM questions. They are both onboarding Teresa incrementally. After May 20, please direct your Southwest District questions to Teresa.
 
With Teresa's addition, I wanted to also go over how she and I will be running the district office. Even though we both will be working remotely, you can call the office number (417-623-2382) to reach Teresa or leave a message for either of us. The office number patches through to both of our cell phones.

You can also email Teresa at her new email address, [email protected]. With anything pertaining administratively to your churches, paperwork, etc., please email her first. If there is something she cannot handle, or should not, she will loop me in.

Also, I want to emphasize that not having a physical district office will not prevent me from meeting with any of you. I can come to your church to meet, we can meet at a coffee shop, or we can meet at any of the churches in Springfield as well. If you want to mail something to us, remember that our mailing address is PO Box 529, Brookline, MO 65619.

I am excited to welcome Teresa to the SW team along with all of you. Please welcome her, and if you're attending annual conference, make sure you meet her at registration (and pick up your free gift as well!).
