narrated by actor Woody Harrelson, has already garnered tens of
millions of views across multiple platforms. |

| However, we were quickly flooded with reports of supporters
attempting to share the video on Facebook and Instagram, only to find those posts
censored!

| Sometimes, the pathetic reason given by Facebook was that it's a
malicious website or spam. Otherwise, reports show examples of the
video being flagged as containing ‘nudity’ or ‘graphic and violent
content,’ violating community standards, or a simple warning message
of ‘upload error’ (see screenshot evidence). |

This biographical film on RFK Jr. is
being blatantly censored. If supporters of all candidates do
not have equal access to the digital public square, then we are only
living in a democracy in name only! |

| It's clear that Meta — the parent company of Facebook and
Instagram — is terrified of Team Kennedy's message of hope and an
alternative from the corrupt two-party system. |

District Court for the Northern District of California. We will not
