Just because we have to stay apart doesn’t mean we can’t fight this challenge together. It's understandable if you are feeling overwhelmed or even a little frightened right now. But know you aren't alone in this feeling, and you're surrounded by a community like no other.

I am coordinating with local, state, and federal health officials to make sure we are doing everything we can to mitigate the spread of the virus and keep our families safe. With things developing rapidly, I want to make sure you have all the resources you need at your fingertips.

My team created the RVAStrong website for this exact purpose. The website has links to helpful resources, frequently asked questions, news and updates, and connections to important causes happening in our community that you can help support. You can check out RVAStrong here.

If you own a business in the city, you can also apply for the new Richmond Small Business Disaster Loan Program on RVAStrong.

Richmond is a resilient city. It always has been and always will be. Just like every other challenge we've faced, we'll get through this together. RVAStrong centralizes support for our neighbors who need it and amplifies those who are willing to offer support.
