The truth is harsh, John, but it’s undeniable. We’re starting from behind.
The GOP has spent literal decades focused on reforming the judicial branch, from the Supreme Court on down. Mitch McConnell and the extremist Federalist Society have stacked the Supreme Court with Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett -- who all voted to strike down Roe v. Wade and now they have their sights on gay marriage, contraception, and more.
In the state courts, the Federalist Society has backed hundreds of extremist judges who have gone on to approve gerrymandered voting maps that have given Republicans immense advantages in our elections. Is that really who we want shaping the law for future generations of Americans? Do we really want to see more extremist judges overturning the rights that have been in place for decades?
The answer is a HARD NO from us, John! Help put more progressives on the courts and hold the Senate majority with $25 or whatever you can to help today >>> |

In the wake of Donald Trump's presidency, we've seen hard-right judges stacked on the Supreme Court, federal courts, and state courts across the country, delivering devastating rulings that have weakened voting rights, gun reforms, climate protections, and completely overturned abortion rights.
We must fight back and put more Democrats on the courts. The Senate is the only body which can confirm federal judges and as such, Democratic control of the Senate is crucial to shaping judicial appointments. We must ensure the Senate stays in Democratic hands in 2024. And in the states, we must pour resources into often highly contested judicial races that get little attention, but that have a wide influence on the daily lives of Americans. Progress Courts PAC is working every day to hold the Senate and help elect progressive judges across the country, and we need your help.
