Obstruction by Republican politicians has been going on in Wisconsin since 2010. For most of that time, there was nothing voters could really do about it—because they’d rigged the state legislature through gerrymandering. So even when a majority of voters chose Democrats for the state legislature, Republicans still got most of the seats.
But now, because of your hard work, the gerrymander is over. We’ve got fair maps. And that means that, for the first time in a long time, voters have the power to vote out the Republican politicians standing in the way of progress.
