Time is running out to stop the WHO's global power grab!

You already know that the WHO is actively pursuing a pandemic agreement that would erode America's national sovereignty and control our response to whatever the WHO decides is an "emergency."

Thanks to the efforts of Family Research Council, like-minded organizations, and faithful Christians like you, we've had some success in slowing down the WHO's efforts. But the World Health Assembly, the WHO's legislative body, is just a couple of weeks away from its annual summit, where it will vote on this pandemic agreement!

We cannot allow the Biden administration to bypass the Senate and let this agreement go into effect. Make no mistake: this "agreement" is a treaty; therefore, the Senate should have the power to ratify or reject it. But the WHO, reportedly working with the Biden administration, has labeled it an agreement so it can circumnavigate the U.S. Senate.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), along with every Republican in the Senate, has championed an amendment vote requiring President Joe Biden to bring this treaty before the Senate for a vote. Similar legislation has been introduced before the U.S. House of Representatives.

When I spoke with Sen. Johnson last week on Washington Watch, he said, "[The president is] abusing [his] authority, in terms of entering these agreements, when clearly, they fall under the guidelines of what a treaty should be."

"I'm really hopeful that...awareness will defeat this thing," he continued.

I believe Sen. Johnson is correct. That's why Family Research Council has been sounding the alarm about this "agreement" from the beginning. The success of this agreement depends on secrecy, which is why the mainstream media won't report on it. We must make Americans aware of the threat this global power grab poses to our freedom and self-government.

It isn't just Sen. Johnson and his conservative colleagues in the Senate taking a stand against the WHO's global power grab. In fact, 22 state attorneys general sent a letter warning President Biden of the unprecedented power this agreement would give to the WHO. They wrote:

To varying degrees, these measures would threaten national sovereignty, undermine states' authority, and imperil constitutionally guaranteed freedoms. Ultimately, the goal of these instruments isn't to protect public health. It's to cede authority to the WHO -- specifically its Director-General -- to restrict our citizens' rights to freedom of speech, privacy, movement (especially travel across borders) and informed consent...The current draft instructs signatories to 'cooperate, in accordance with national law, in preventing misinformation and disinformation.' This is particularly dangerous given that your administration pressured and encouraged social-media companies to suppress free speech during COVID-19.

If this agreement goes into effect, it will significantly shift decision-making authority away from national governments and toward one global entity. This power shift is extremely dangerous and we must take a stand NOW to defend our freedoms and our national sovereignty.

Thankfully, other countries are starting to wake up to the WHO's global power grab.

In a Telegraph article last week, it was announced that Britain would refuse to sign the global treaty and that "The UK is firmly against such vaccine-related commitments and will not sign any form of the pandemic agreement that undermines Britain's sovereignty."

In addition to this new development with Britain, numerous African countries -- who have long been fed up with the anti-life and anti-family policies of leftists which are constantly being forced upon them by the UN in exchange for money and resources -- may also refuse to sign the WHO's pandemic agreement.

Clearly, there is growing momentum both in the United States and around the world to stop the WHO!

FRC is doing everything we can to stop this agreement in its tracks. We're "making the best use of the time, because the days are evil" (Eph. 5:16).

That's why we're working with members of Congress to put an end to this "agreement" now. But we need your help!

There are just two weeks left before the World Health Assembly meets and will be voting to ratify this pandemic agreement. We cannot let it get that far!

We have to use every available tool that we have to stop this "agreement" in its tracks before it's too late. As Sen. Johnson said, awareness is the key to defeating this unconstitutional overreach. We must continue to sound the alarm about this agreement until we succeed in stopping it.

FRC and others have already been working hard to impede the WHO's progress, but we have to keep up the pressure if we're going to stop them once and for all. We cannot allow the Biden administration to cede our national sovereignty to a group of unelected international bureaucrats.
