We’re emailing you today with some much needed good news: SB 3 was ruled unconstitutional by the Superior Court!

Since the day this bill was filed in the State House through today, NHYD has been fighting against this no good, very bad, restrictive student voting bill. We helped train activists to speak against it in hearings in the House and Senate, we trained student leaders to educate their fellow students on their right to vote, and our President and former Executive Director even testified against it in court (and that testimony was cited in the decision!).

But the fight continues. We are still fighting back against another restrictive student voting bill HB 1264 which is going to be a tough fight.

We’re no stranger to tough fights though and now more than ever we need to protect the sanctity of our elections. Can we count on you to chip in $12.64 or whatever you can afford to help support our efforts in fighting for fair elections in New Hampshire?
