The Republican National Committee recently held a private donor retreat where top Trump officials talked about their prospects this November. 

The main takeaway: They see Virginia as a crucial part of their general election strategy and plan to go all in on flipping us red. 

And what’s more: Their internal polling suggests that they can get it done. 

Well, not if I have anything to say about it. 

I’ve been representing Virginians in public office for 30 years now, and I know we don’t buy into Trump’s extreme MAGA politics. 

He wants to tear down our progress and tear us apart. But here in Virginia, we’re stand-up people, not tear-down people.
