Ready to lead? This training will give you the skills, confidence, and network to be the best manager you can be.

We’ll cover topics including hiring, setting goals, performance improvement, managing in the electoral context, and more! During our time together we’ll have fun connecting with others doing similar work, explore _tough questions_, and build your confidence.

This training is for people with at least three months of campaign, advocacy, or movement organizing experience who currently manage people and programs or who aspire to manage people and programs.

Training Details

The training takes place on Zoom over three days. On Thursday, June 27 and Friday, June 28 we'll be online together from about 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET. On Saturday, June 29 we'll be online from about 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
After the training, you gain access to premium career support from the Arena Careers Team and join a vibrant community of political practitioners who will support you throughout your career.
The training costs $200 and scholarships are available. (If you have access to professional development money, this is a great use of it!)
