The following motions have passed in the Election Commission Meetings BUT are pending action. In most cases, the Chair of the Election Meetings responsible to follow through on each action.In many cases, the Chair has let these actions fall to the wayside. (Notice how they are pending).

*The Chair’s failure to act, allowed a vacuum for the Chief Election Officer Nago to fill. Ignoring the Election Commission and the many dozens of testimonies in opposition, the CEO stood in support of this bill in front of the legislature and as a result, this terrible legislation passed. Commissioner Cushnie wrote a letter to the Governor to reconsider signing this terrible legislation into law. (see letter)

*The Commission passed this motion and now the Election Office will conduct this audit, BUT the Election Office “do not need assistance in conducting the audit” (i.e. they do not want outside observers to see how they do this audit). This needs our attention!
