Wisconsin small business owners trying to make a living are seeing their entire life’s work thrown away due to heavy-handed economic protectionism. But WILL is fighting back...

We filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) on behalf of two Wisconsin Wedding Barns. The lawsuit is seeking to mitigate the harmful impacts of Wisconsin Act 73, which became law in late 2023 and fully takes effect in 2026.

Legal Action: WILL Files New Title VI Complaint

WILL has filed a federal Title VI complaint against Rutgers University (“the University”) on behalf of the Young America’s Foundation (“YAF”), which has an active chapter on the University’s campus. 

The complaint challenges the University’s illegal promise to prioritize the “needs” of “Arab, Muslim, and Palestinian” students over those of Israeli and Jewish students.

WILL Calls Out MPS on Charter School Controversy

Evicting Carmen charter school would harm MPS bottom line as well as kids. Recently, the MPS School Board began the process to consider forcing Carmen Schools to leave two buildings that it currently rents from the district. Carmen runs a network of charter schools in the city that historically have been some of the highest performing schools in the district.
