TDI seeks input on a rule that will specify when a TWIA premium refund is due

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is seeking input on amending 28 TAC §5.4905 to align with Insurance Code §2210.204, as amended by HB 3208 [ [link removed] ] (88R, 2023), which specifies the circumstances in which a premium refund is due to a policyholder who cancels a TWIA policy.
