Team,

Recently, President Biden announced a new rule that gave DACA recipients access to the Affordable Care Act! This is a huge step forward in the fight to provide permanent protections for Dreamers.

DACA is the Obama-era program that protects hundreds of thousands of Dreamers: immigrants who were brought to the United States as children, and have been living, working, earning an education, paying taxes, and building a life and community ever since. This is the only country that most Dreamers have ever known, and far-right politicians have repeatedly put their protections on the chopping block and won’t stop.

The legality of DACA is working its way through the courts, and if the program is eliminated, hundreds of thousands of Dreamers could be sent back to countries they’ve hardly ever known.

Dem AGs have been working together to push back on the effort to eliminate DACA and protect immigrant youth. Dreamers deserve to live free from fear for their futures, and Dem AGs are here to help.

Will you pitch in any amount today to help support the Democratic AGs who fight to protect our Dreamers? [[link removed]]
