Tell Congress: Improve Family and Medical Leave
Millions of Americans are facing hard decisions about going to work or putting their loved ones’ health at risk. Current family and medical leave policies do not go far enough to protect those most vulnerable during the pandemic. This is why the Foundation sent a letter to Congressional leaders, signed by more than 150 patient and consumer groups, asking for expanded paid family and medical leave for people with chronic conditions, like CF.

CDC Recommends Cloth Face Coverings
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that the general public wear cloth face coverings in public areas in which physical distancing is difficult, such as at the grocery store or the pharmacy. This is especially important in areas that have been highly affected by COVID-19. Some people may spread the coronavirus when they have no symptoms or before they develop significant symptoms, putting others around them at risk. It is important to remember that wearing a mask is mainly to prevent the wearer from infecting others. Learn more »
