As everyone adjusts to this ongoing crisis, so many are facing new challenges, uncertainty, and stress. Diane has talked to many people who are worried about access to healthcare, losing their jobs, their paycheck, and their children’s future—to name a few concerns. She has also heard inspiring stories of people in communities across our district who have stepped up to volunteer at food banks, sewing masks, and making sure that vulnerable people are safe. Many small business owners have told her that their first priority is making sure their employees get paid and can access healthcare. Diane wants to understand how people are affected by COVID-19.

We wanted to put together a place for you to share your story with Diane. She’s always cared to hear what her neighbors and friends are experiencing and how she can help—and now, the pandemic is affecting each of us in new and different ways—and that requires leaders to listen.
