Strong laws and enforcement are crucial to closing the pay gap. Salary transparency and gender pay audits by employers can also make a significant difference.
Lawmakers must enforce and strengthen equal pay policies. We call for immediate action to amend and enact legislation that closes the pay gap and holds businesses accountable for discriminatory practices.
