#DoMore24 is this week - now through May 15th! This year our DoMore24 donations will ensure children and teens have a backpack full of age-appropriate supplies to start school in the fall.
Returning to school can be difficult for some students. It is especially difficult for students whose connection to school is insecure or fragile. This includes those living in poverty or who are new to our community and our system of education. One small but impactful way we can increase the likelihood of academic success and support their school connectedness is to provide a new backpack and an in-person “welcome” from caring adults.
