Hi John, I'm reaching out today to wish you all a very Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

It might be hard to believe, but that little girl in the picture is me with my mom. Growing up, I saw my mom jump through so many hoops to give me opportunities to succeed––and her leadership in our community continues to inspire me and my work every day.

I know so many moms in Northeast Ohio who work tirelessly for their children––they are some of the hardest working people that I have ever met.

In Congress, I have pushed to give back to every mom in the community by working to put money back in the pockets of our families, support better health outcomes for new moms and babies, and advocate for policies to support women and mothers. I will always be a champion for the hard working mothers in the district.

To all the moms, aunts, grandmothers, and motherly figures in our lives––today and every day, I say, “thank you.” It's all of you that makes the work I do so important.
