Hi John,
This is Diane’s daughter Rachel.
Growing up, mom has been my biggest cheerleader, supporting my dreams every step of the way.
My mother saw my artistic potential early on and she gave me the strength to be myself and unlock my full potential.
A recreation of A Little Coaxing by William-Adolphe Bouguereau, which I painted for my mom when I attended College for Creative Studies in Detroit
I’m not embarrassed to say my mom is a badass, and I’ve seen her support so many people reach their dreams in addition to me. Now, she’s working to help so many more people achieve their goals in our district MI-10 and across the country.
I couldn’t be prouder.
Like most young people, I see a lot of pathways to dreams that are closing while extremists hijack our government. Our generation is worried about finding decent jobs. We worry about our planet. And we even have to worry about politicians who are taking away our rights over our own bodies as we lose freedoms our grandparents and parents fought for.
That’s not okay with me or my mom.
John James has shown he’s not interested in extending the American Dream to most of us. He’s fine looking out for himself while the opportunities dry up.
My mom is one of the strongest people I know. She would make an incredible representative in Congress. But I know how stressful it is for her facing so much money coming in from these people with no interest in our futures.
So, I need to ask: Will you donate to her campaign? Every donation will help grow her campaign, and I know she would really appreciate your support.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thank you very much,
Rachel Young
