John, as we mark the 20th anniversary of Americans for Prosperity, you have never been more important.

I want to celebrate you and take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've embarked on together.

Twenty years ago, a group of individuals came together with a shared vision: to champion free markets, free enterprise, and the empowerment of individuals.

‌

We dared to ask ourselves if we could start a movement that would resonate across the nation, and the resounding answer was YES.

From those humble beginnings, we've grown into a powerhouse of grassroots activism, shaping policy and driving change at every level of government.

Remember the early days when we fought tirelessly against bailouts, wasteful spending, and burdensome regulations of the Bush and Obama administrations? Those victories were just the beginning.

As we navigated through a changing political landscape, facing new challenges with each passing year, our resolve only grew stronger. Whether it was rallying against Obamacare, advocating for VA reforms, or mobilizing support for Supreme Court nominees, we stood firm in our principles and fought for what we believed in.

Today, as we look back on two decades, I am filled with pride and gratitude for all that we've accomplished together.

The challenges we face may evolve, but our commitment to our principles of freedom and opportunity will never change.
