This is the ninth edition of the Tipirneni Times, our monthly newsletter rounding up the past month’s events, happenings, and campaign news. Here's some of what recently happened on the campaign trail:
Adjusting to new realities
We hope this newsletter finds you and your families all healthy and staying safe. We know folks all across the district, the state, and the country are struggling in one or more ways, and folks are feeling anxiety every day, about things big and small. Please know we are holding close in our hearts all those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic -- medically, economically, and otherwise. We are truly in this together, and we will continue to do everything we can on our parts to keep our communities safe and informed.
Over this last month, we've all had to make significant changes to our daily routines. As a campaign, that means moving all our operations online so that we can practice strict social distancing. Hiral is first and foremost focused on the health and well-being of everyone in AZ-06 and beyond. Please read her recent note regarding important safety guidelines here. That link will also take you to valuable information regarding COVID-19, resources, access to services, and ways you can help our community.
Taking things virtual
It's important we continue to reach people online -- and that's what Hiral's been doing (sometimes, with help from Max). We miss seeing folks around the district and, especially, meeting new friends and supporters. But, we want you to know we are as focused and working as hard as ever on staying in touch with everyone. It is critically important we continue to hear from you, discuss the issues, and talk about smart, implementable solutions. We’ll be doing regular Facebook live Town Halls, like the one pictured below. Please join us and invite others, too!

With the campaign fully online for the time being, we'll be communicating even more on social media. Please follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, if you aren’t already. This is a great way for us all to stay connected, especially in these times.
We’ll be continuing to engage our amazing volunteers via Virtual Volunteer Meetings on Zoom. There is still much work to be done to get our message out to every single voter in AZ-06, and we can’t do it without your help! Please sign up here to stay up to date on our online events and creative ways you can help connect with voters while promoting the campaign from the comfort of your home. We love our volunteers, and we appreciate everyone’s hard work so far!
Marking one year of our campaign and releasing our first digital ad
Last Thursday, on the one-year anniversary of the campaign's launch, we were proud to release "Your Voice" -- an ad that details Hiral's background as an emergency medicine physician and cancer research advocate, highlights the issues we’re fighting for, and makes clear why this race is so critical to win.

Ads like this are critical to our ongoing efforts of online voter outreach. Please watch and share!
Making the ballot!
We were blown away… thanks to the hard work of our wonderful grassroots army of volunteers and supporters, we were able to collect and submit more than three times the number of required signatures to qualify for the AZ-06 primary ballot! We know we couldn’t have made it this far without you, and we're so incredibly grateful for all you've done to keep this campaign fiercely moving forward!
Let’s do this, team!
Hiral Tipirneni is a former ER doctor, a cancer research advocate, and a community leader. She's running in Arizona’s 6th District to replace Rep. David Schweikert with a strong leader who will protect our healthcare, our environment, and our future.
