Building on the success of the first cohort, Mayor London Breed’s 'Vacant to Vibrant' program is expanding, bringing eight new storefronts in the East Cut, Financial District, and Yerba Buena neighborhoods to life. This initiative is more than just filling spaces; it's about rekindling the heart of our city, supporting local businesses, and fostering community connections. Seven of the original pop-ups have signed long-term leases downtown, a testament to the lasting change of the program.
