The vision: thousands of people in all 50 states and D.C. leave work and rally in defense of abortion access. They've asked our support, and we're answering the call. Will you join us, first name?
Much like the first Women's March in 2017, this is a totally grassroots campaign, spontaneously organized by women who are fed up and want to fight back. Over the past couple of weeks, we've received nearly 100 new event submissions to the Women's March map from local organizers -- many of whom are hosting a protest for the very first time.
A Women's Strike will send an unmistakable message to anti-abortion extremists that this movement isn't backing down. 2024 is crucial time for people to show up in support of our health care, our rights, and our freedoms.
