Dear John,

I have huge news. Yesterday, our campaign was honored to earn the endorsement of Montana’s largest labor union, the Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE).
This is personal for me.

I was educated by hardworking MFPE members growing up and going to quality public schools in Great Falls. My wife, Marisa, is an MFPE member. And we're relying on MFPE members for the education of our daughter, Genevieve, in public schools in Montana.

And earlier this year, I fought all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to defend our state constitution and its protections for the quality Montana public schools where MFPE members work and educate Montana kids.

Here is what MPFE President Eric Feaver said about our campaign to defend workers in Montana:

"We first met Raph Graybill when we visited with him about the constitutional issues the privatization of public education provokes,” said MFPE President Eric Feaver. “From that point forward, Graybill has impressed us with his commitment to the plain meaning of Montana's brilliant 1972 constitution. He is determined to defend our constitution against all those who would twist it to their special, self-serving, unconstitutional interests.

Graybill believes, as we believe, that public institutions exist for the common good and should be carefully nurtured, not cavalierly tossed aside. The minute he steps into office, Raph Graybill will be Montana’s lawyer for all the people, and a brilliant one to boot."

I am deeply appreciative of the support of MFPE and its diverse 23,000 members across Montana. Together, we'll put a fighter back in the Attorney General's office.
