Marjorie Taylor Greene loses it on Fox News, bizarrely claims network wants to "murder Tucker Carlson"
The QAnon congresswoman from Georgia went on Steve Bannon's stupid podcast and ranted wildly about the lack of coverage Fox News gave her futile effort to oust GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson earlier this week. During her rambling tirade she accused the right-wing propaganda network of wanting to "control what Republicans think" (she's got a point there) and was furious that they're using their powers of persuasion to promote their steaming pile of horseshit and lies instead of hers. Greene ranted about various martyrs in the radical right-wing movement whom she believes have run afoul of Fox's "establishment" agenda before finally claiming the network literally "would love to murder Tucker Carlson." Greene has floated a LOT of zany theories, but Fox News executives having Tucker Carlson killed just might take the crazy cake.

VIDEO OF THE DAY: Biden hits Trump exactly where it hurts
Donald Trump spent his entire presidency promising shiny things but obviously never delivered. Infrastructure, jobs, a middle-class tax cut, a healthcare plan — the MAGA cult leader's presidency was a black hole of broken populist promises. It took President Biden to actually deliver on behalf of the American people. Case in point? Biden just announced a $3.3 billion investment by Microsoft to build an AI data center in Racine, Wisconsin, in the exact same location where Trump years ago promised to build a massive Foxconn plant that never materialized. Results matter. Competency matters. Elections matter. Please remember in November!

GOP banker drops dark money bomb in must-win Senate race
Tammy Baldwin for Senate: Eric Hovde, McConnell’s hand-picked candidate for Wisconsin’s US Senate seat, spent over $5 MILLION on TV and digital ads so far in his transparent attempt to try and buy himself trailblazing Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin’s seat. Hovde used that money to unleash a torrent of GOP lies against Baldwin and President Biden, making it clear that he will rubber-stamp the GOP’s draconian anti-abortion agenda and roll back all the accomplishments that Senator Baldwin and President Biden have delivered for the American people. Polling shows that 15% of voters are still undecided — and in the most fiercely contested partisan battleground in the country, every single vote counts more than ever before. Will you chip in to fight the GOP’s lies, re-elect Tammy Baldwin and protect our Senate majority?
UN assembly approves resolution granting Palestine new rights and reviving its UN membership bid

The 193-member world body approved the Arab and Palestinian-sponsored resolution by a vote of 143-9 with 25 abstentions. The United States and Israel voted against the resolution, along with Argentina, Czech Republic, Hungary, Israel, Micronesia, Nauru, Papa New Guinea, and Palau.

RFK Jr.’s campaign tricking people into endorsing his presidential run
Noted anti-vaxxer and former parasitic brain worm host Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has a new scheme to get on the presidential ballot in New York: enticing voters to sign his petition without telling them who they’re endorsing. The New York Times reported several instances over the past few weeks in which NYC residents in Brooklyn were approached by clipboard-wielding signature gatherers who were secretly working for RFK Jr.’s campaign. In each case, petitioners asked them to help “independent” or “progressive” candidates qualify for the ballot while concealing RFK’s name and the name of his VP, Nicole Shanahan, at the top of the page. In at least four instances, the petitioners had been directly told by supervisors not to show the science-denying candidate’s name, according to the people who were asked to sign. Totally normal stuff from a totally normal presidential campaign for a totally normal presidential candidate.
Israeli whistleblowers detail abuse of Palestinians in shadowy detention center
CNN spoke to three Israeli whistleblowers who worked at the Sde Teiman desert camp, which holds Palestinians detained during Israel’s invasion of Gaza. All spoke out at risk of legal repercussions and reprisals from groups supportive of Israel’s hardline policies in Gaza. They paint a picture of a facility where doctors sometimes amputated prisoners’ limbs due to injuries sustained from constant handcuffing; of medical procedures sometimes performed by underqualified medics earning it a reputation for being “a paradise for interns”; and where the air is filled with the smell of neglected wounds left to rot. According to the accounts, the facility some 18 miles from the Gaza frontier is split into two parts: enclosures where around 70 Palestinian detainees from Gaza are placed under extreme physical restraint, and a field hospital where wounded detainees are strapped to their beds, wearing diapers, and fed through straws. Responding to CNN’s request for comment on all the allegations made in this report, the Israeli military said in a statement: “The IDF ensures proper conduct towards the detainees in custody. Any allegation of misconduct by IDF soldiers is examined and dealt with accordingly. In appropriate cases, MPCID (Military Police Criminal Investigation’s Division) investigations are opened when there is suspicion of misconduct justifying such action.”
