 | An unsolved crime epidemic | New Home Office data shows that nearly 6,000 crimes went unsolved every day last year, totalling 2 million - 40% of all reported crimes.
Our analysis found that 75% of car thefts and 60% of shoplifting cases went unsolved.

 | International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia on 17 May | LGBT+ people still face violence and discrimination across the world. This day is a time to reflect on how we change that.
We can be proud of our role in fighting discrimination, from being the first party to openly oppose Section 28, to our work in legalising same sex marriage.
But discrimination is still prevalent in the UK, particularly against the trans community, and the Government is yet to ban conversion therapy.
We are committed to fighting for the rights of all LGBT+ people to achieve true equality. | |
