John, just last week in Florida, a six-week abortion went into effect and Democratic Arizona state legislators had to fight tooth and nail to repeal a draconian 1864 abortion ban.

Ever since the Supreme Court delivered the devastating Dobbs decision, extreme Republicans have been scrambling to undo years of legislation protecting reproductive freedom.

Look, it’s time that we kick politicians and judges out of Americans’ exam rooms.

Let me break it down for you—abortion bans do nothing but jeopardize the health and safety of Americans.

If we allow these extremists to win in November, they will roll out their anti-abortion agenda on the national level, and we need to take a stand against it now.

As a doctor, I know the ramifications of abortion extremist actions are huge. That’s why I’m proud to have voted for the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify access to reproductive health care and introduced the Affordability is Access Act to ensure insurance companies fully cover over-the-counter birth control without any out-of-pocket costs.

Extremist Republicans are pushing abortion bans in states across the nation and I’m not going to stand for it.
