It’s no secret that tickets to your favorite artist have gotten significantly more expensive, thanks to hidden fees that are inescapable. Ticketmaster (and its parent company Live Nation) has spent millions of dollars lobbying for preferential treatment, creating what many are calling an illegal (and unfair) monopoly, and allowing them to essentially set what ticket prices they want.

When big corporations like Ticketmaster get to pay off government officials to make sure laws are favorable to them, or laws don’t apply to them, the system is corrupt. And it hurts everyone.
