There’s no question that our nation’s seniors deserve security and stability after working hard, and I remain committed to protecting Social Security. I will continue defending this program that has saved millions of Americans from poverty and supported thousands in my district whose livelihoods depend on Social Security.
While the extremist GOP will continue threatening and making attempts to cut Social Security benefits, I will continue fighting to protect it from harmful cuts. I won’t put the future of millions of Americans at risk.
