Folks, Martin Luther King Jr. said that “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”

It’s true, it bends. But it will only bend toward justice if we force it to.

Donald Trump and Republicans have appointed Supreme Court justices that have rolled back voting rights, the right to privacy, gay rights, gun safety, Miranda rights, and they’re threatening to go even further given the opportunity.

If we don’t act, the GOP will bend the moral arc further and further from justice. We can’t do this alone. With the GOP threatening to go even further in restricting our rights and freedoms, we need to elect Democrats that will force the moral arc of the universe toward justice. Are you with us?

This may sound like some wild concept that doesn’t affect everyday people, but it really boils down to just one thing: the GOP wants to restrict our rights and freedoms, and if we don’t act to elect more Democrats, they’ll succeed.
