The next few weeks are filled with exciting Producer’s Picks performances of Tony-nominated shows, and we hope you’ll come see them with us! Illinoise, based on the album from Grammy and Academy Award-nominated artist Sufjan Stevens is now on sale along with The Outsiders and The Who’s Tommy. We're also excited to share with you tickets to two chilling, timely dramas in Patriots and An Enemy of the People. Plus, Miscast24 has been extended, so now you have even more time to watch it digitally while supporting the Fund!

Adapted from the classic novel by S.E. Hinton, The Outsiders—now nominated for 12 Tony Awards including Best Musical—reimagines the timeless tale of haves and have nots in 1960s Oklahoma. Tony nominees Brody Grant (in his Broadway debut) and Sky Lakota-Lynch (Dear Evan Hansen) star as the iconic characters Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade.

Based on the landmark Sufjan Stevens album, Illinoise is a Tony nominee for Best Musical. It shares stories of first love, grief and growing up and is told by an 11-member band, three vocalists and impressionistic choreography. Director and choreographer Justin Peck (Carousel) and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Jackie Sibblies Drury (Fairview) have crafted an experience that bursts with feeling.

 

An Enemy of the People

MCC’s Miscast24 features Vanessa Williams, Jinkx Monsoon, Ingrid Michelson and more performing songs from roles they wouldn’t usually be cast in! This year, 20% of each ticket to Digital Miscast24 purchased using the Fund’s dedicated link will be donated to the Entertainment Community Fund. Captured live on April 15, the digital broadcast features exclusive content and gets you on demand access to the show through May 12.
