Unfortunately, it's perfectly legal for candidates to accept large donations from wealthy donors in exchange for promises to further their interests. 

No one should be able to purchase an election. It just sows the seeds of corruption. Campaign finance reform is crucial to save our Democracy.

My campaign has raised more grassroots contributions (donations under $200) than any candidate in my race. Our average donation is less than $35, and we have received more donations from voters in the district than even the GOP incumbent.

Let me repeat: Although we're being outraised, we have more in-district funding than the Trump Republican incumbent.
