John, with all of his ethics scandals, we believe that Clarence Thomas poses an existential threat to the integrity of the Supreme Court. His wife, Ginni Thomas, participated in the Stop the Steal rally and was deeply involved in attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, including texting then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to take action after Trump lost.

Yet Clarence Thomas has participated in almost every case related to January 6th. That creates the appearance of a conflict of interest.
