This is a major development. Planned Parenthood is LOSING.

A Federal Appeals Court just agreed with our emergency amicus brief and SHUT DOWN Planned Parenthood.

It is allowing states to ban elective abortions because Planned Parenthood shouldn’t be given a special exception when other elective procedures are halted during this Coronavirus pandemic.
