Right-wing legal challenges were rejected in New York and Maryland.
* A New York appeals court once again rejected ([link removed]) the Republican National Committee's lawsuit challenging a new law expanding mail-in voting opportunities — keeping the law in place for the state's 2024 elections.
* A federal court rejected ([link removed]) the right-wing group United Sovereign Americans' long-shot lawsuit seeking to upend election administration and voter roll list maintenance in Maryland ahead of the 2024 elections.

Here are some other updates.
* The Republican National Committee and Arizona Republican legislators appealed ([link removed]) a decision striking down provisions of two Arizona laws requiring documentary proof of citizenship and residency to vote.
