Last week, Congress released new documents revealing Big Oil’s decades-long effort to climate denial, disinformation, and deception campaigns to block climate action and protect their massive profits.

Oil companies have known since the 1970s that burning fossil fuels would lead to "catastrophic" climate change. TELL THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TO INVESTIGATE BIG OIL

Just this week, Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that Michigan is suing fossil fuel companies for deceiving the public about their role in causing climate change.

That means nine states are now taking Big Oil to court. President Biden must follow their lead by declaring a Climate Emergency and directing the Department of Justice to investigate Big Oil.

Like Big Tobacco, Big Oil must pay for the damages they caused. Join us in taking action by asking the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate Big Oil.
