As we celebrate Children's Mental Health Awareness Month, we must reflect on the impact of our collective efforts in raising awareness and support for the mental well-being of our young champions – wish kids facing unimaginable hardship, like Nia, Abby and Zoey.

4-year-old Nia lives with an incredibly rare disease, and though she used to be a fun and bubbly firecracker, sometimes her illness can isolate her, robbing her of the childhood every 4-year-old deserves.


8-year-old Abby was diagnosed with cancer, which is something no child – and no parent – should have to hear.


In her 6 short years, Zoey, born with congenital heart disease, has already had to undergo surgeries, strokes, cardiac arrests and months of inpatient treatment.
