Greetings partners, volunteers and supporters,
Prevent Coalition created a short survey to help understand youth substance use and misuse in Southwest Washington. This survey will help discover prevention priorities, factors that influence youth substance use, gaps in prevention services, as well as evaluating the existing action plan.
This survey and the related prevention efforts are funded by the Washington State Department of Health Youth Cannabis & Commercial Tobacco Prevention Program (YCCTPP). The results of this survey will directly inform the strategic plan and budget for the coming years.
We hope to gather responses from all three counties we support- Clark, Klickitat and Skamania.
If your organization would like a paper version of the youth survey that allows you to conduct it in person with a youth group, please reach out to us.
