Joyce Craig for Governor

John, Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

We all know teachers who go above and beyond to educate and care for their students. And maybe you’re lucky enough to have one in your family, like me. My daughter, Sarah, is a public high school teacher in Manchester.

It’s been incredible to watch her grow up and give back to students in our hometown, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Joyce and Sarah

It’s clear to me that teachers in our state are often underappreciated, underpaid, and overworked. It’s a top priority of mine to strengthen our public schools and support our educators. It’s why I tell voters on the campaign trail that on day one of being Governor, I’ll be asking for the resignation of our extreme education commissioner, Frank Edelblut.

But Kelly Ayotte will do everything she can to dismantle public education in New Hampshire.

She has a long track record of supporting policies that will HURT our public schools, like fighting to expand the school voucher programs that diverts millions of tax dollars away from public schools.

John, we’ve got to band together to stop Ayotte from entering the Governor’s office — or our teachers, our students, and our schools will suffer. Are you with me?

In honor of Teacher Appreciation week, please consider chipping in $10 or more to fund my neck-and-neck campaign against Ayotte >>
