Remembering Nancy Neveloff Dubler Hastings Center fellow best known for clinical bioethics consultation and mediation.
Dubler, whose pathbreaking work shaped the field of medical ethics, died on April 14. She worked on a wide range of bioethics topics, but her outstanding contribution was in clinical bioethics consultation and mediation. At The Hastings Center, Dubler was integral to a decades-long and continuing line of research on treatment decision-making, end-of-life care, care for vulnerable populations, and health care quality improvement.
