The Rising Housing Leaders Program offers a community for early-career professionals to connect and dive deep into affordable housing issues issues. Through educational opportunities and networking opportunities, our members gain invaluable experiences and insights.

Seth's dedication extends well beyond his role as a Rising Housing Leader. As a Development Manager at Wellington Development, his work reaches Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William County. His drive and commitment have positioned him among community leaders in Prince William County, advocating for impactful policies such as the Affordable Dwelling Unit Ordinance and the Housing Trust. Additionally, he serves as the Vice President of the NVBIA-Prince William County Chapter, further underscoring his leadership and dedication to the community.
