The Georgia Election Board voted Tuesday to reprimand Fulton County for its conduct of the 2020 election and direct the appointment of an independent monitor to oversee this fall’s general election.
The Georgia Recorder reported that the 2-1 vote came after investigators from the Georgia secretary of state’s office confirmed the county double-scanned 3,075 ballots during a statewide recount of the 2020 presidential election. |

On Wednesday, former President Trump blasted President Biden after Biden accused Israel of attacking population centers and threatened to withhold military aid to the Jewish state if Israel attacked Rafah, the last stronghold of the terrorist group Hamas.
Biden told CNN’s Erin Burnett in reference to 2,000-pound bombs the U.S. has supplied Israel, “Civilians have been killed in Gaza as the consequence of those bombs and other ways in which they go after population centers,” despite the fact that Israel does not target “population centers” and takes exhaustive steps to warn civilians that they need to leave specific areas before they conduct military operations. |

The lawmakers raised specific concerns about some of the organizations the agency selected as awardees for the program, to whom the agency is giving tens of millions of dollars to distribute to other organizations pursuing “environmental justice.”
