Yet even after the judge ruled that an “odor of mendacity” – lying – permeated DA Willis’ case and that there was ample evidence of “impropriety,” she was allowed to continue her tainted prosecution.

Yesterday, the Court of Appeals of Georgia just agreed with our arguments to hear the case to disqualify DA Willis. Now we are preparing to file a second amicus brief – led by our own former Georgia prosecutor – to protect the integrity of our judicial system.

I’m going to be very blunt. If we don’t take urgent action, we could lose everything we hold dear. We’re going up against the radical Left’s unlimited taxpayer-funded arsenal in court in order to protect our constitutional republic.

We must defeat this two-tiered system of justice and defend the Constitution. As we go to court, take urgent action with us today.
