This is a major development. Planned Parenthood is LOSING.



A Federal Appeals Court just agreed with our emergency amicus brief and SHUT DOWN Planned Parenthood.



It is allowing states to ban elective abortions because Planned Parenthood shouldn’t be given a special exception when other elective procedures are halted during this Coronavirus pandemic.



Planned Parenthood must not be allowed to siphon off critical medical supplies just to keep their abortion business booming, when the rest of the nation is working to save lives.



At the ACLJ, our work does not stop – even in a pandemic. We’re aggressively fighting back against Planned Parenthood’s reckless lawsuits in multiple cases. Just hours ago, we filed an amicus brief in another Federal Appeals Court, urging it to shut down Planned Parenthood’s abortions too.



We anticipate Planned Parenthood will quickly try to have this ruling OVERTURNED. We’re already preparing to file an EMERGENCY brief at the Supreme Court to defeat abortion.
