LCB Action: Flexible Payment Terms for Cannabis Licensees - Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On May 8, 2024, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending WAC 314-55-115 regarding allowing cannabis licensees greater flexibility in purchasing cannabis from other licensees using checks. The LCB is looking forward to receiving stakeholder feedback and input on this topic.
