One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts Responds to the Jobseeker Rescue Package

One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts has delivered a strong response to the Governments Jobseeker Bill that was passed by Parliament on Wednesday.

Speaking in the Senate, Senator Roberts acknowledged while One Nation supported the unprecedented measures, there was “no manual on dealing with COVID-19” and called on the Government to act responsibly and with the utmost transparency.

Senator Roberts also sent his thanks to “everyone who is caring for us and keeping us safe, including healthcare workers, police, defence, emergency workers and everyone serving others, including helping to supply and feed us, provide electricity generation, cleaners, garbage collection, water supply and many more.”

He also made it clear that the Chinese communist Government must be held accountable for hiding crucial information about the outbreak and for punishing the doctors who wanted to inform and prepare the world; actions which led to the virus spreading rapidly across the globe.

Some of the most pointed criticism was aimed at the United Nations and its offshoot organisation for the part they played in exasperating the extent of the coronavirus pandemic.

“The United Nations World Health Organization spread the communist Government's lies that there is no human-to-human transmission of the virus. Then, in March, the UN World Health Organization said the time to act had been two months earlier, in January. The World Health Organization: gutless, bumbling, incompetent, hopeless, dishonest and inherently corrupt, just like the whole UN,” Senator Roberts said.

Senator Roberts finished with a call for leadership and restraint from politicians across the nation.

“Members of parliament and senior federal public servants need to share the burden: stop the perks like flying business class, cut our superannuation rates and reject or defer salary increases,” Senator Roberts said.

One Nation Makes Big Gains in
Queensland By-Elections!
Pictured: Sharon Bell - Candidate for Bundamba
One Nation has returned two excellent performances in the recent Queensland state by-elections.

While both seats remained in the hands of the party that held them before the by-election, the results sent shockwaves through the Queensland Labor party establishment.

This is because Labor was confident going in that they could snatch the seat of Currumbin from the LNP and thought they had nothing to fear in their seat of Bundamba, one of Labor’s safest seats in Queensland.

Sharon Bell, running in the seat of Bundamba, put in a herculean effort managing to receive 27.7% of the primary vote at this stage of counting.

This is more than double what the party received in 2004 when it last contested the seat, pulling 11% of the vote.

Sharon’s strong primary vote translated into a two-party preferred vote of 40.4% which represented a 12% swing against Labor.

If One Nation managed to get a swing of even half that number, it would mean that Labor could be faced with the loss of possibly six seats.

And to add insult to injury, Labor’s dreams of becoming the first party to steal a seat during a by-election were dashed against the rocks of Currumbin beach when One Nation’s Nicholas Bettany managed to pull 6.9% of the primary vote, nearly double what it received when it last contested the seat in 2015.

This result meant that Labor was unable to farm enough preferences from the Greens and prevented them from bolstering their numbers heading into the Queensland state election this October.

Don’t believe the talking heads in the media seeking to downplay One Nation’s strong performance.

If these results were replicated on mass, come October, it would spell disaster for the Queensland Labor party and mean the end of Annastacia Palaszczuk and Jackie Trad’s reign of mediocrity.

Should China Be Sued?
Vote and Have Your Say!

While speaking with Andrew Bolt, NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham was asked if China should be sued over the Coronavirus pandemic they unleashed on Australia.

While acknowledging it might be a problematic task forcing the communist regime to cough up compensation, Mark Latham agreed that in a fair world, "rogue state" China would be made to pay their share.

Do you agree, should China pay for causing the Coronavirus pandemic?

Currently, a whopping 98% of respondents agree that China should be compensating the world for the damage its virus has caused!

It doesn't get more decisive than that!

That is this weeks recap from One Nation.

While you're here, we'd love to ask a favour. We are a party with fewer resources than Labor with their union donations and the Liberals with their big corporates, but with your help and by listening to the people, we can achieve real change in parliament for the betterment of the country.

One Nation is run on purely grassroots support. We rely on the contributions of mums, dads, daughters and sons from the top to bottom of Australia to stay running as a party and every dollar counts.

We appreciate times are tough but even a small amount of support makes a difference. Your help enables us to keep up the fight in politics and get Australia back on track.
