Dave Yost will simply not give up trying to restrict women’s reproductive healthcare – despite Ohioans overwhelmingly voting to protect reproductive rights last November.

His latest attempt? He argues that a law requiring women to wait 24 hours between her initial doctor’s appointment and her abortion is legal and should not be blocked by an Ohio judge.

Yost, Ohio’s resident out-of-touch politician, is still fighting to maintain arbitrary restrictions on women’s healthcare. He doesn’t care that 57% of Ohio voters made their voices heard last year at the ballot box to safeguard abortion access. Apparently democracy and the will of the majority mean nothing to him.

But here’s the good news: If we flip the Ohio Supreme Court, we can stop him.
