Our democracy is on the line. And if we don’t act now, it’ll be too late.

The centre-right is all but extinct. Replaced by charlatans like Sunak – pandering to the fringes – so weak that his own MPs are defecting. All while extremists like Farage and Braverman wait on the sidelines, ready to step into the vacuum he has created.

A change of government will help. But let’s not fool ourselves, it’s a long way from being the solution.

The next government must take big steps to rescue our democracy. If it doesn’t, we risk further decay and even collapse by the time of the General Election that follows this one.

What’s standing its way? You. Us.

Only together can we save our democracy, introduce Proportional Representation, and implement real, concrete solutions like we’ve suggested in our Democracy 2030 report.

We cannot allow Farage, Braverman, and the extremists to win. They may be the future of the Conservative Party and the could-be government that follows the next one.
